Positives:
The staff that I spoke to were willing to work with me about changing rooms without any issues. They seemed to be doing the best with the situation. Also the room that they recently renovated was much more acceptable and is probably what they're trying to do with the entire hotel.
Negatives:
The room they initially gave me had a broken door handle so the key card couldn't open it. The 2nd room they gave me had stains on the floor, the walls, and the sheets. At night, I dozed off only to wake up to a roach crawling on me and then I noticed 2 more on the walls so, at 2am I'm at the front desk requesting another room.

Felt grimy, room had a musty smell. Free breakfast wasn't satisfying but at least it was free. Sometimes the doors won't open with the key card

Mama was the restaurant next to the hotel. The food and service was excellent!!!!

The hotel wasnt bad. The bed had holes in the covers. The lights barely worked.

The room was fantastic and the beds amazing ! But the bathroom sink was a trickle of water. The pool was very cloudy and we went to breakfast an hour before closing and there was no scrambled eggs , no cream cheese , no syrup for the waffles and the breakfast attendant said the next day there would be more selection. Sooooo overall the room was a 9 minus the bathroom facet. The breakfast was a huge let down . But staff was very friendly. So at the end of the day I would stay again! Just because of those great beds.
