I had booked a smoking room accidentally and didn't realize it until I checked in. The manager was kind enough to find me a non-smoking room and didn't charge an upgrade fee.

Breakfast items were quite limited. Most everything was gone and not refilled when I went down.

Everything. The owner lied to us. He had told us we could stay till Thursday. The after we booked online told us they were booked so we had to leave Tuesday morning. We booked online for Tuesday and Wednesday. He said he had to paint our room and he made us cancel our booking after we paid for the two nights. So he canceled one of the days and still have yet to receive our money for the night he canceled and we need it for paying for our room considering we are homeless living hotel to hotel
