Positives:
The location was very good as we wanted somewhere close to King's Dominion. Overall I wouldn't refuse to stay here again but there is a lot of room for improvement and it would need to be at a bargain price. No complaints regarding the cleanliness (some stains noted however) but there is a lot in disrepair. The room was also very spacious.
Negatives:
Breakfast was bad as they ran out of fresh fruit and eggs by the time we went and there was 45 minutes left of breakfast. There was also only one waffle maker and without any other warm breakfast options the wait was very long! There was no creamer and had run out of plates and napkins so people were putting waffles in bowls. Also when we checked in there was no one at the desk and no bell to ring for service either. They also limit the elevator to 4 people at a time which is awkward as a family of 5. Our 4 year old was on the sofa sleeper and he's probably the only person in our group who could have slept on it and not woke up hurting.from it. The television only had 1 channel (ESPN) available. Also, I didn't notice if the suite was listed as shower only in the description but that was definitely unexpected as we are used to a tub/shower combo in hotels.

Everything. The beds are tiny. They don’t have queen beds and the mattress are old and dingy and look like they are from the 1980s. The rooms is dirty. There’s a bandaid stuck on the wall. The lights between the beds don’t work at all. The pool is out of service. There was also dirty towels in our bathroom under the sink and they were yellow stained. I feel like I got ripped off. The pictures and advertisement is nothing like the actual place.

The motel was right off highway I95 - very easy to find. There was some highway noise but not as bad as one might expect. The heating system worked well and was easy to operate.
Negatives:
The room was very dark. It could have used a small night light for going to the bathroom during the night. I had a handicap room and the shower needed a grap rail on the inside.
