Hotel run down and in poor condition. Room not clean. Overheard the only staff member on site tell another guest that there was no housekeeping staff. Room key stopped working and had to be reset so that we could get back into our room. Morning coffee urns empty or cold. This hotel needs new ownership and a complete rehab.

Did not eat there. Cleanliness was not paramount anywhere else, so eating there was out of the question.

Dirty rug. Not vacuumed, stains, lint, plaster left on rug from patching. Pillow smelled of a man's cologne. Not enough pillows. Water didn't drain in sink. Paint peeling off walls everywhere. One lamp did not work. Cigarette burns in bedspread and on edges of tub. No place to hang up anything...no rods, no hooks, nothing. Door had to be locked to even stay shut.

There was a brunette with long hair that was exceptional. The owner was atrocious and very rude! When told that a TV was not working, he responded with, "What do you want me to do, go to Walmart and buy a new one?"
Um, sir, it's called move to a new room or refund because you didn't provide a service that's clearly stated by your hotel amenities.
She was about the only pleasant one who worked there. View is beautiful but aside from that, we won't be coming back!

Owner, water pipe was busted on my room, TV not working, original room had painting supplies in it, rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke, and the breakfast is terrible!
And they also don't inform you that they'll charge you 35.00 for an early check in until after you get your receipt that you have to ask them for.
