The location was the only redeemable factor.

I stayed one night here and never will again. The front desk girl was kind, but the room smelled likes stale cigarettes, there were bugs crawling on the floor in the bathroom, children running around after midnight in the room above me, and just an overall run down looking room.
I was in town due to a family emergency so I chose to spend the next night in a different hotel and when I got to there and changed into my nightgown, it smelled like cigarettes which means the room at Extended Stay had to be saturated with it. I find this unacceptable and unhealthy, especially when they said it was a “non-smoking” room.
I wish now I had just left after my initial impression, but couldn’t have if I’d wanted to as the front desk closes at 11 and goes home. Never again!

Very loud neighbors playing music till 3:00 a.m. keeping me awake the next day the music was even louder called the office the first time nothing happened and second time caught him they finally got the music turned down then . Door slamming hard One of the rooms beside me dogs were barking for a couple hours straight so didn't sleep too good

I didn't like anything about it, it was honestly the worst possible facility to stay in. I'm retired Navy, I've slept in many a shi*hole. This takes the cake

To start I booked the room, on a Friday, with an accelerated rate, $150.00, when I checked in, staff checked me in and charged me as additional $258.00, which couldn't be refunded for 3-5 business days. He handed me the key card that I never saw him key. The room was on the 3rd floor but as I walked up the steps to the room, I felt very unsafe. I'm a 6'3, 240 lbs man. The key that I did not see him key, didn't work so I had ho back down and get it rekeyed. The door to My room has definitely been kicked in a few times, the room smelled like stale smoke, I had to perform maintenance on the door in order for it to properly close. The toilet seat needed replacing and was very crooked, the bathroom was disgusting. My worst living experience ever.

Strong suffocating Cigarette smell in non smoking room, no house keeping during my stay, caked dirt and mildew everywhere. Random people standing outside my door all night. Door didn’t shut all the way, bathroom didn’t lock, toilet didn’t flush, rust caked up on shower head. Unclean, smelly, uncomfortable.

NOTHING WENT WELL. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to Pembroke Town Center that has lots of restaurants and shops.
Negatives:
They did not have the double queen room that I booked for my reservation. I had 2 teenagers with me. They gave me a 1 bed queen room at the same price. No accommodations or discounts were given. It was so short notice that we had to take what they had.
There was a stench in the room.
The lady in the room next to us had her door open and I thought that was very weird and creepy.
People were standing around outside into the wee hours of the night.
