Negatives: The staff they were not friendly or helpful. I still have not received my receipt from my stay . Why can’t they print one out

Negatives: Pool was not open. Had a smell but likely due to being pet friendly. Although I have a dog, she is bathed weekly so I am not use to pet odors. I also don't like that housekeeping did not even come once during my 5 night/4 day stay. The rooms also did not have a small dining table like other hotels I've stayed in.

Negatives: The front desk was not personable at all. It's as if you were inconveniencing them for being there.

Negatives: The elevator wouldn’t work so we had to go up and down the stairs when ever we wanted to get out of our room . Employees were very rude . I will not stay here again ! Don’t get me wrong the beds were comfy but when you don’t have a good experience with the staff , it looses all interest in the place your staying at We also asked for more towels and the lady like shoved them at us and asked if we brought down our other towels when not 1 person told us if we need new towels , bring your old ones ! I hope you guys can correct your attitude of your employees !!

Negatives: So much. Staff at Front Desk were disinterested and border line rude. The lobby and Front desk are on one side,(west, I believe) while the elevators to room are at the extreme east side of the building, and that area is marked “no parking” and the door at that point has no luggage carts. Why? Upon check in, the young lady asked if I would be parking in the property parking lot that evening. I answered yes, of course. She then added a $17 parking charge to my bill, and she casually remarked that she would charge my credit card for a $250 “ deposit” against damages. OK. Got it. You have a season in VA Beach, and in season, you have rowdy renters who mis-behave. At my advanced age, I promise I don’t look much like a room-wreaker. These things could have been remedied with candid, upfront info from Booking. com, but that wasn’t the case. There is more. This property is noisy, with vinyl flooring in the rooms, an active air base nearby, and a lot of mechanical noise in house. That noise pales with the relentless sound of barking dogs; one next door to our right, another two doors down to the left. My wife and I are pet friendly people. We weren’t traveling with pets. If I wanted pet friendly, I would have searched for same. Another item in the lack of transparency on the part of Booking.com. I could go on, but I’ll wrap it up this way; this property was burdened by the fact that we chose to stay there. I would have been happier to pitch a tent on Virginia Beach than stay at this place! Negatives: Everything was outdated

Negatives: Customer service

Negatives: We would have loved to enjoy the pool the 2 nights we were there but it wasn’t clean/ready for swimming. Also 15$ a day parking was a bit ridiculous.

Negatives: $250. deposit, that I still haven't seen!
