Great location, very accommodating for our dog, nice outdoor play options with the heated pool, even in March.
Negatives:
The air vents blew in an awful odor, like cigarette smoke, into the room that took nearly 36 hours to clear. Staff brought in fans and, with an open window it was tolerable after 12 hours. Extremely thin walls: on the 3rd night we could hear every word of the neighboring couple’s argument.

Loved the location, the amenities on the property. Mini golf was great. The room was large and well appointed.
Negatives:
Only unpleasantness was the pull out couch has a very thin mattress. Our kids didn't complain but an adult would find the bars very uncomfortable.

Close to visitors center. The staff, Kameron, Natalie,Coffee were friendly and always helpful. They called me by name when I went to the desk. All the others were wonderful too. I just didn’t catch their names. The breakfast ladies were nice and kept everything filled.

The breakfast sandwiches were horrible. I couldn’t even bite through the bread on some of them.

As a gluten free eater, I was so impressed that your breakfast included gluten free options! This is unusual and made me very happy!

Very Noisy. I requested 3 rooms near each other and one was in a different floor. Hazzah eatery was extremely disappointing. Not enough seating room in the dining area to accommodate all the guests. Too many bus people. Beds were not that comfortable
