Beds were comfortable, only there one night, so it was all that was required.

The hassle of dealing with the communication between the hotel and Booking.com. We had an emergency situation and had to book directly with thee hotel, and Booking.Com was very difficult to deal with to get a cancellation and avoid double payment for our room. HELP! Thank you!!
