I did not like anything about this hotel. The lady up front was very rude and not trying to help us out at all. The hotel had roaches. It was very disgusting.

I am never staying here again. I requested a room change and the lady up front would not let us change rooms because we had a dog and literally told us because we have a dog we have to stay with the roaches so I immediately checked out. Never again.

The fact that when my guest and I arrived in the provided room, there was a big stain on the bedspread and we reported it and left. We did not even occupy the room. I wasted my money on a room I didnt even stay in.

Staff were always friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was super comfy and we ended up staying 6 nights! Room facilites were great. Room was clean and serviced on request. Breakfast was a good choice and always well stocked. Great location. Parking was good and we always felt safe. Hotel was super quiet (apart from the usual early monring road traffic noise). we hardly knew others were staying as the room was so quiet. It felt very homely.
Negatives:
Room could have done with a vacuum. There was a smell of cannabis on the stairs and it was occasionally being smoked by other guests outside.
