Friendly helpful staffing exceeded all expectations. Room furnishings is upscale quality. Security of facility was done right. I will surely recommend to others. Most especially for those not familiar with the area.

There needs to be a device to alert front desk when staff is absent. I experienced and observed this to be a constant issue with customers standing there for extended periods wondering if someone was attending the desk.

A nice hidden location in the heart of Bellevue will stay there when in Bellevue again again and again... the gent working that evening was quick helpful and set the tone for the establishment.

Very clean, and comfortable. But staff kept knocking on my door so that I could leave. I was trying to sleep in until 10:30 but staff knocked multiple times. Even the receptionist was knocking on doors kicking everyone out.

Positives:
Room was spacious, simple, included a stove and microwave to prepare a simple meal and did not get confused with frills or distractions. I could work, sleep, and be comfortable in my room. I could also make coffee. They have pots and coffee makers available to borrow, as well as mugs and so on. The staff, also very basic, was perfect. The young desk attendant got the information needed, was very efficient and pleasant, and I observed her handling a complaint (on the phone about the bill) in expert fashion. It is a great location for a walk into central Bellevue for work.
Negatives:
I would have liked a few courtesy tea packs but it's not really a criticism of the hotel. I didn't go down to breakfast (the location wasn't obvious to me) so it may have been wonderful but I don't know.
