We love the Westin! Originally we started at the W next door and had some issues so we were promptly moved to the Westin next door and it was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay! Customer service at both Marriott Bonvoy locations was amazing. Will definitely stay at the Westin again!

A very nice hotel, clean...
Positives:
The location cannot be beat. Right in the middle of everything Bellevue has to offer. Super close to shopping and great restaurants and even close to the park. The hotel was nice and the staff was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
Just some very minor issues that I think just show the age of the hotel. We happened to be in an accessible room and one of the bars in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. Many of the towels were frayed and looked worn out. The service in the bar was very slow. Again, nothing major, just little stuff.
