The young woman at the front desk was fairly accommodating.

Everything else. It was dirty, bad security, the whole place smelled bad, no coffee pot, no shampoo or conditioner, the hair dryer kept falling off the wall, the cleaning crew were rude,, etc. It's as if the staff didn't trust anyone. That being said, I did not feel safe here at all.

Toilet got clogged first night then maintenance came to unclog but then it got clogged again right after so plumbing was not good.
Room only had 3 towels but we were 4 guests and there were no clean towels in the hot tub when we went in.
