We loved how clean and spacious the rooms were and the spa feature with jets was amazing after a night out after getting engaged.
Negatives:
The shower holder in room 319 wouldn’t stay up and fell on my fiancés head several times to the point it hurt his head and caused a scratch, and made it so we had to hold the wand for each other to shower. Besides the shower thing the door pad and the key would refuse to work no matter which key we tried. Which made it so we would constantly get locked out of our room and made access to our belongings a big time struggle!
For room 317 we had to unplug the refrigerator because it was screaming and hurt our ears, you couldn’t even hold a conversation normally because it was so loud.

The coaxial cable had been stripped so there was no tv. The faucet in the bathroom was broken. The tiles in the bathroom were broken. Had to take a cold shower. Did speak to front desk but she was unable to help.

The location was easy to find and lots of parking. The hotels location to Olive Garden is very convenient.
Negatives:
The hotel interior is getting run down. The upper lights in the elevator look like they are growing some sort of experiment. This place needs a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint to perk it up.

The double queen room was spacious and had a balcony. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was good.
Negatives:
I didn't like how close we were to so many homeless people, crime (a person was murdered not too far from our room while we were there). There's not too much the hotel could have done about that and surrounding hotels had the same problem.

It was good when we were able to get to it on time. Very tired the first night and slept in not realizing breakfast was over at 9:00. People were very friendly/nice. Really appreciated that. Church in was smooth.
