Hidden Gem.
Quiet, renovated room with classy decor, large full-sized fridge with kitchenette and small coffeemaker for complimentary coffee. Bed was extremely comfortable. Good air conditioner.
Location was great! Beautiful scenery and walkable to quaint village-like area, Marina Park etc.
Lastly, good internet as well as desk and lamp with USB ports and electric sockets perfect for our purposes.
Negatives:
Room a little cramped and dark.
No conventional office or lobby. Check-in by"office" window and further communication available by phone if noone at the window. Not a problem if don't have questions.

A good spot to stay overnight near the border. Reasonably close to downtown Blaine and available businesses. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Corner room with limited visibility outside. Bathroom had little ventilation, leading to lingering condensation after using the shower. Floors not completely clean.
