Positives:
The Motel was good for what we needed: a convenient location for a thing we had to take care of. I liked the Analogue check-in. I liked the staff. I liked the room, it was nicely updated. It was very clean. The bed was really comfortable.
Negatives:
Regrettably, the cinderblock walls are not good for blocking noise. We had a particularly loud and obnoxious neighbor. the other neighbor was fairly quiet, but fell asleep to their TV which was on through half the night. It bothered my sleep

This is a very old motel in a good location. There was no office, only a window to a workroom.

Long term residents were very disruptive. Drug abuse and fighting right next door. There was no sound proofing to block out their constant yelling.

The toilet was incredibly hard to use, whomever built the shower so close to the toilet only left 15 inches or so of leg space to sit on the toilet. This made Id difficult to sit down. Bad design

Trash in drawer next to fridge, unemptied trash under sink. Bug in bed, carcasses of others. Only one flat sheet and a comforter on bed, only 2 pillows and two towels and two hand towels and no washclothes. Also, no TV.
Had to call owner to get in and he didnt speak english!
It was a place to sleep, but expected more for the price.
