Friendly staff. The location is perfect for our purpose-picture taking. Check out time is noon, which is an hour longer than other hotels. The breakfast time is good, till 10 am. Lots of choices, execptional services.

For visiting the Palouse, this is a good location, otherwise the hotel is not really worth it.
Negatives:
Incredibly noisy! The walls and windows are so thin that the road noise is absolutely unbearable. Moreover, you can hear every single word spoken in adjacent rooms and even in the parking lot, provided there isn't a truck passing by. Now, let's talk about breakfast. It's your typical run-of-the-mill fare, not exactly gourmet, but it's better than having nothing at all. However, I must mention that the service attendant was a bit unique. When I politely asked for more toast bread (there was just one slice left), she responded as though it was an inconvenience, claiming there was no more available, and she hadn't even checked the area. It felt as if my word wasn't taken seriously. In the end, I brought my own bread to resolve the issue.
