I never checked in because I was told the room was on the 8th floor, and the elevators was broken, and this is after they denied they have availability until I said I booked a reservation that’s when the elevators was broken. So instead I never showed up to the hotel, and never checked in but I was charged and they won’t even let me speak to the manager to get my money back

I loved the space, has a kitchenette and separate seating space. Kitchen amenities and clean bathroom with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast is okay but no variations if staying for more than 2 days
Negatives:
It’s a bit far from most amenities and I was charged 50$ for incidentals which was to be released 3-5days after check out and I am still to get it back on my card

The cleanliness, the friendly helpful staff, the excellent laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we visit. The breakfast was very nice too! My grandson loved the pool!

Very close to shopping and food choices. Close to freeway (without freeway noise). It was about 10 min to the link station (tram) which was perfect!

construction early in the morning above our room during our stay, leaks in our bathroom, both the hot water and cold water being turned off without warning at multiple times.
