Room smelled super musty and had a sneeze of bed bugs in the bed got itchy after laying down and I moved and had to sleep on floor

Room smelled of chemicals, couldnt figure out how to get regular tv on the tv. First floor still had a three stairs (down) to get to it-not good if in wheelchair or walker.

It was quiet and there was plenty of room. The kitchenette was handy.
Negatives:
No coffee was provided in the room. Even though it wasn't listed, the ice machine area was empty with wires hanging out. It would have been nice to have ice. There was car repair going on in the parking lot for a whole day - kind of sketchy. Major car repair! The main door to gain entry with the key card was malfunctioning.

The staff member at the front desk was kind and friendly.
Negatives:
It was not as advertised. It was plain old fraud. The pictures we looked at when we booked were nothing like what we found when we arrived. There was a mouse under one bed, no table to eat at and it was not a fully equipped kitchenette. There was mold and rust in the bathroom and a burn mark by the light switch. We did not stay there. I did not feel like it was a safe or clean enough space for my family.
