Overall I felt safe in my room and the hotel was reasonably clean.
Negatives:
You had to call to get someone to come to the front desk. The guy working was inebriated. There was an issue with my room, though they did fix it.

Location is good and allowing our small dog was a plus.

Bathroom floor was filthy. Breakfast was substandard especially the filthy coffee pot. I understand they are remodeling the breakfast area, however it needn't look so bad.

The staff was very kind amidst the chaos of the hotel.

The room was unfinished, the breakfast area was chaotic and did not have enough food for all the people there. The breakfast lady yelled at people. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no blankets or pillows for the bed. We had to ask for all of this.

Breakfast items looked like they had been sitting out way to long and was afraid to eat the hot items. All but 1 yogurt in the fridge was expired,

I could not rate the cleanliness higher after finding a dirty sock in one corner of the room. The breakfast was adequate, though picked over and no place to sit.
Negatives:
Breakfast room was packed with people and no place to sit. The one cup at a time coffee maker while giving a decent cup of coffee, was woefully inadequate for a crowd. Need to have an urn of coffee, especially for breakfast. Probably a second waffle maker also.
