Positives:
The staff was amazing, especially Jennifer, at the breakfast omelet/egg station. She was super nice, remembered us each morning & made some killer omelets!! Front desk staff was very welcoming & went above & beyond to make sure our stay was great.
Negatives:
The beds could be a little more comfortable. TVs in the rooms need to be updated & bigger. Was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but the jets do not work. Hotel staff is aware & unfortunately don't seem to care & not interested in getting it fixed. So it seems like you're sitting in a giant bathtub with other folks.

Breakfast better than average. Hotel is well kept and clean and has a beautiful design. Spacious room and amenities.
Negatives:
We are dinner in the insight bar and restaurant and we were staying a while but felt rushed out by the bartender. We had drinks and dinner and enjoyed the bar/restaurant very much until approached for a final time. The place was not full so unsure of why we were rushed out.
