Positives:
The hotel was very convenient for WSU events. When we arrived, we noticed how clean and modern the property was. Our room was spacious and had lots of storage to put everything away and keep it t out of site.
Negatives:
In the morning the wait for food was longer than I had expected due to staffing. Next time I will plan better for that possibility.

The location is fantastic. The service was substandard.
Negatives:
Maid service was nonexistent. The beds were not made nor were the towels replaced and there weren’t enough towels for our family. We had to request more, but they gave us an insufficient supply. There was no breakfast included.

Positives:
The woman working the front desk was wonderful. She was friendly and informative. The facilities was very clean and quiet.
Negatives:
The hot tub was out of order and we were not made aware of this. This was one of our top reasons for staying here. Thankfully we were allowed to go across the parking lot to the hotel nearby with a hot tub. The mini fridge did not keep all of our items cold.
