Rowdy parking lot at night. Thin walls. Heard the guy in the next room with the hooked for hours. Got no sleep. Bathtub didn't hold water. Worst hotel in a months travels. Front desk refused to refund as it was booked via booking.com. also charged an amenity fee! For what??? Avoid at all costs.

There were several rooms filled with rowdy kids that were not supervised banging on doors and keeping us up we tried to talk to the staff and they did nothing. I would like to be compensated for the horrible stay!

1) I'm disabled and they gave us an upstairs room. 2) Didn't give correct info about having an emotional support dog. 3) King size rooms are very tiny. That's just a few.
