Housekeeping did not come very often, had to request them to clean the room despite us not being in the room most of the time. Occasional street noise could be heard from this location.

No shampoo in dispenser. The a/c was so noisy that I felt we were sleeping in a construction zone. A/c couldn’t be turned off.

It was in a great location. We walked mostly everywhere and the train was just few blocks away. The hotel was clean and staff were, for the most part, pretty great.
Negatives:
They never provided housekeeping after the second day, which was part of the deal. Staff assured me in the morning that housekeeping would be by, but when we returned for the day no one had been there. Breakfast buffet was not very good at it cost $25!
