The room not clean specialy the carpet in the room. When we ask thefront desk this morning where we got the drinking water, she told to me tap water in restroom but In the lobby no restroom, no drink water. Only hot water.

went to ask a question and felt Like I was interrupting her day, As she went to answer a phone call while I was speaking with her. Also had a Handicap room an there was no door opener from garage in to get the wheelchair in. Was a bit difficult
