Positives: Everything. The staff all had a how can I help attitude. Great easy location close to shops and public transport. Space needle 10 min walk. Yummy cookies every afternoon. Very comfortable rooms with large bathroom, comfy beds and duvets.

Positives: The hotel was beautiful with so much character. Everything was clean and updated. The shower was huge with great water pressure. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would absolutely go again!

Negatives: The food could have been better, and the wait at the breakfast spot was a bit long. The staff did great, but was alone and could have used help.

Positives: The hotel was a nice start to our family vacation for 4 (all adults). The hotel featured a great location, beautiful and fanciful decor, inviting lobby and sitting areas, and well-placed conveniences (coffee, pastries, bar, clean indoor pool). The staff members were friendly and gave each of us a card for a free beverage. There is also shuttle service to the the cruise terminal for a per-person fee. We would definitely recommend or rebook this hotel.

Negatives: Literally nothing was bad. We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel and our stay. The bedding was a new experience, but we liked that too.
