Guy on night shift ( Male , rather thin , Billy goat beard ) was short with us at check-in , impatient , very unprofessional , to the point that I almost said something to him . I did speak to lady at front desk about it the next day .

Location was great for us as it was easy to get off and onto the highway and was close to restaurants. Room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
Pool area was too busy with families and teens the evening we were there. I believe there was a soccer tournament close by so this might have been unusual. Bed was a bit hard.

Room wasn't very clean. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector inside the room. Chair in room was covered with visible stains. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. We used to love this hotel (10+ years ago) but I feel it has started to decline in quality and value

Positives:
Great location and staff were welcoming at our late check in. Room did not smell and was good size.Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Maintenance seems to be lacking somewhat... the curtains in the room were filthy and desperately needed cleaning which was off putting. Other windows in the building were also lacking some care and shine.
