the location is superb and parking is easy! next time we stay we will ask for a poolside room- what a lovely pool/hot tub area you have!
Negatives:
nothing not to like, but the interior paint could use a freshen around the doors
also, hours for the hot tub could be earlier for those who like a good early morning soak

great spot in Spokane- love...
Negatives:
I have stayed here for years, but this time was terrible. We were given a room that was in behind a pool with a view of a box holding towels the toilet was constantly running. Changed rooms which was what I was suppose to have to begin with which was a river view. No remote for the TV we never received it until 8:30 the night before we checked out. They completely ignored me took 3 times.I also had to go down to the desk . And also said a supervisor would call never did, until the next day after I left. For 200.00 a night I expect excellent service. No hair dryer because they put it it in a cupboard behind a microwave. They obviously have new managers.

The location next to the Centennial Trail is phenomenal. The trail takes you to the Arena, downtown, Riverfront Park, all within a 20 minute walk. We stay there BECAUSE of the location. The great hotel is a bonus.
Negatives:
Nothing - it was great.
