It was quite near to the Tacoma Dome. It allowed us free parking. The room was nice and comfortable. It was convenient to have the in room refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.

There was some issues at my check-in—I booked this online and everything was paid for via PayPal. Staff who checked me in said that since I didn’t have the same credit card I used to pay for the reservation (it’s PayPal so no credit card), she would have to refund me and charge me in another credit card. She was also not very friendly. I think the rooms should be tidied if a guest requests it. I made a request for a room refresh but it wasn’t carried out. Out of the four nights we stayed, I think the housekeeping staff only showed up one time. Sadly, when she took away our used towels, she didn’t leave enough clean sets for us. There was also no spare toilet paper.
