Positives:
It was set back away from the highway. I could actual sleep without hearing the traffic from the highway. The room was very clean.
Negatives:
I did not like being told during check out that the hotel did not rent rooms to "locals" and I should not have been given a room. I HAD to stay due to flood waters preventing me from my hour drive home. If I had it to do over I would have slept in my car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff quickly fixed the issue with the first room not being ready and the Key cards for the subsequent room. Location was close to where I was visiting, however, the hill to get to the site would be difficult in ice/snow conditions.
