People slamming doors very loud all night long and tapping on doors at all hours. Was unable to get in room 12 times in 3 days do to card losing program was a minor inconvenience.

Clean and modern. The staff was excellent and we felt welcomed.
Negatives:
Our room was at one end of the hotel and next to the side exit. Every time someone went out of that door our room vibrated because the door slammed. This was happening late into the night.
