Worst stay ever. A SWAT team broke down the door of a guests room. The front desk person said the manager will take care of the guests on the floor due to the disturbance, in the for and they refuse to call anyone back after we checked out of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly. In a non-judgmental humanistic way. Very warm and welcoming, it's a comfort for those who deal with harsh judgements based on their opinion of your looks.
Negatives:
The man who made me miss breakfast because he had to have seven waffles. We usually wind up getting to the hotel really late and leaving really early. I truly wish there could be a you didn't get here till 3am so your checkout time is 4 or 5 pm setup.

The room was nice and cozy plus I loved the wooden floors.

The outside of the hotel couldve been cleaner.

Many of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to use the shower with the shower chair.

The smell in the room was obnoxious. The refrigerator door wouldnt close properly. The eggs and sausage served at breakfast were uneatable. People were speaking loudly in the hall outside our door at all hours, especially Saturday night. + more

Interior safety door lock broke, window when we first arrived would not lock, (but was fixed after we asked),but would not recommend for single women and we were on the 1st floor next to entrance. Yellow stain on sheets, toilet seat was loose.

Smelled like cleaning supplies so I know it was clean.
Negatives:
Yes the hair dryer didnt work. Hot water didnt work in the shower. The towel rack wasnt attached to the wall and fell when I grabbed a towel. The bed was noisy from the springs on one side. And the toilet rocked every time I sat on it.
