Excellent stay - 5 stars! The hotel has been completely updated inside. The room was beautiful - Very Clean. The colors are bright, happy and soothing. The view over the harbour was stunning. The breakfast room was freshly painted - breakfast was available a little earlier than the posted 7am time (we appreciated the earlier time). Check-in was fabulous. The manager was very nice, patiently answered all of our questions, had suggestions for dinner. Our room was very quiet. Parking is on the same lot as hotel. A wonderful stay. Thank you!

Another elevator at the far ends of the hallways would be nice.

The staff were charming and the location is excellent. The continental breakfast was well thought out.

There were subtle bits of unclean areas, like fingerprints all over the doors. The offered toiletries were mismatched and insubstantial. Onsite bar and restaurant was never in service during our stay.

The bathroom needs updates. The towel I used was so thin and threadbare it was drying myself with a piece of paper.

I really didn't care for the hotel. It was decent for the time I was there. The beds were comfortable for the most part though.

I didn't like the face the rooms were small small, the bar didn't open daily,. Didn't get enough towels for 2 people, and parking is horrible

We liked everything! Every staff member was friendly, the location is very cool, facility is clean, beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in that area.

I didn't like that we were only there for an overnight stay. The hotel is nice and has a comedy club. The surrounding area is a place we wanted to explore. Restaurants and other activities were within walking distance. The hotel is right on the lake. Beautiful area with lots to do
