The staff was very kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The phone did not work and the alarm clock randomly went off at 5:30am. There was a strange device by the room door that was not explained.

Negatives:
Room smelled like cigarette smoke and room phone was not working when I arrived. Was given 2 broken pack n plays initially (1 requested in each of 2 separate rooms). One was replaced and the second one someone came to “fix” because it was the last one the hotel had. The maintenance individual who “fixed” it grumbled about how it was fine even though one side wouldn’t snap together because when they were young they only had cardboard boxes. An unfortunate experience for an established hotel.
