Positives:
It was clean. People were friendly. Pool was great.

Excellent staff at front desk. Very personable, every one of them. Really seemed to care about us, why we were in town and if we needed anything. See below for one problem with front desk.
Negatives:
We checked in late after attending a concert. One of the sheets on my wife's bed had a large blood stain. We slept in the same bed. We told the front desk about it upon check out, even showing them a picture of the stain. They didn't seem too concerned
Positives:
Rooms are spacious. Building and room is nice and clean. Well maintained. Amenities are nice. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is great value.

Pool could be warmer.

The hotel was very clean, while the King bed was SO comfy. But it was the staff which made our visit very pleasant. They were so friendly and welcoming it makes this hotel a place we will return to.

Too many rambunctious kids in the pool & hot tub until very late at night - still there @ 11 PM! We were unable to enjoy any time in that area. The breakfast is not good. We did not get $333.00 worth for a 1 night stay!!!!
