LEAVING!! The woman that checked us in was very nice and the hotel was only a 16 minute drive from Alliance Center. Restaurants and mall close as well

EXTREMELY FILTHY AND DISGUSTING, I woke up with BED BUGS!!!
Very outdated and completely run down. The metal rod that was put on the bottom of the inside windowsill so that the windows could not be open, had been pride up on both sides so that the windows could be opened. The wall and baseboards all around it was extremely water damaged and rotted. Wallpaper falling off everywhere, the trim around the corners of the walls coming off, had to hold toilet handle down to flush for at least 20-30 seconds for only #1 to go down. In the morning, I woke up and was itchy in my back. BED BUGS!!!! There were 2 in my bed!!!!! Adults size as well (Mom and I looked it up). I have never seen a bed bug before, I was grossed out, took a shower and got OUT of there!!! My Mom wouldn’t even take a shower. Also, it’s obviously ok to smoke weed there as the entire hotel smelled like it. Upon checking out, I wanted to explain this to the Manager, but she was on the phone so I called after we left and on our way to our destination. Asking for a Manager was a waste of time. When I told her what had happened, she couldn’t have been more rude, and when I told her about the bedbugs, she was not surprised or shocked, appalled at all! She knew! And didn’t do anything about it! To me, that’s unacceptable. We had to cut our trip short so that we could get everything home and washed and cleaned to make sure we didn’t bring any critters home with us. what a very disappointing experience! Just bulldoze that right down and maybe start over?

The front desk person had a stomach bug and looked like death plus he looked like he was living on the streets. The "remodeled" room did NOT have a fire door and the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in or something. I don't even want to know who was in it looking for protection.

Big holes in parking lot, lots garbage/cig butts around. Hair in bed & on toilet seat. Only 2 small pillows, one thin sheet, one thin coverlet, ripped cushions, dirt/debris on carpet. Peeling carpet/floor pieces, no in-room coffee. Dog feces on walkway

The hotel was poorly kept with garbage overflowing in common areas, heavy smell of smoke in the non-smoking room, loud noises and guests through the night, and unkempt room. I forfeited my 2nd night, booked a new hotel and canceled my future reservation.
