Negatives: Everything was horrible dirty room plenty smoke in hall ways plenty drunk an drug addiction people

Negatives: My wife and I were not pleased by any means of this hotel, the staff, nor location. From the obnoxious customers in the restaurant connected to the hotel. ( Security had to escort someone off the property due to a fight. The staff abruptly did a shift change in the middle of helping me with my room. So instead of finishing up with me, the first person stopped and then took an extra 10-15 minutes before the next person started their shift to finish checking me into my room (smoking outside) . Once I was able to check into my room , it smelled like cigarette smoke , had not been vacuumed, tub was dirty , and stickers all over the night stand. The lamps on display did not work and toilet lid did not cover the toilet bowl

Negatives: The walls were thin, we heard people fighting and throwing objects for about 5 hours. Tried contacting the front desk about it but no luck there.

Negatives: Pubic hair in the shower. Broken springs in mattress. Hot tub lights and drain were shabby and headrests were dangerously out of sorts. Dirty floor. Sliding door opened to center of complex but no openable security doors available for patrons to skip walking inside. Said slider door didn’t seal properly and window coverings were insufficient to darken the room for sleep. Heat or air ran continuously regardless of temp setting and air filters were busted and dirty. Dirty building under renovation with debris and rubble everywhere. In room safe no power unable to be used. In room refrigerator didn’t get cold at all and was set to max when we arrived. One lamp 2 wall lights lamp is broken barely standing straight both bulbs were loose. Main door had gaps all around no seal made when shut. Outer door at b side near room 118 did not latch and security card reader was dead so anyone could come in. First night 4am someone shouting loudly and pounding doors down our hall occurred. First night called desk to inquire for towels as room had 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels no rags no floor liner towels for a suite with a jacuzzi was told no towels available and also no additional pillows were available. Front desk person seemed understaffed and offered no option to have someone bring us anything else. Ice machine wasn’t working.

Negatives: There was NO heat & the hair dryer did not work.

Negatives: I didn't get my deposit back for some reason.
