You never know if youre being double or over charged. At some piping you realize you need to do an inspection to log whats already the issue such as a non working phone a broken remote a crack in the door which preexisted. Watch for deposit refunds

The room smelled really bad, the carpet need to get cleaned. My sheets smelled of urine and there where shoes left from previous guess. Not to mention arguing late nights. The room looked half done.

Got the hot tub room. Fairly inexpensive. Location was right off of I94. Diner next door (didn't use).
Negatives:
Security. Outside door on north side was broken and open to anyone. Only 2 of the 6 lights in the room worked, none near the bed. I couldn't even read a book. Hot tub was only about 10-12 inches deep. Hardly deep enough to relax in.
