I like leaving.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that there were stains on my comforter. I didn't like the fact that the breakfast was disgusting so we had to go out for it. I didn't like the fact that the elevator took forever you could benefit from two. I didn't like the fact that the check-in guy had absolutely no personality and was slower than a snail going uphill. I will never stay at Best Western Waukesha again.

The location was fantastic. There are so many restaurants nearby that there were a lot of options for eating out. The breakfast also had several great options. The room was clean and the staff was helpful as well.
Negatives:
The fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived, so we had to plug that in ourselves and wait for it to get cold before we could use it. Also, there was part of a lamp plug broken off in the outlet, so that was a little concerning.

Nice hotel. Fairly easy to find. Denny's right across the street. Heater worked well. Beds were comfortable. Enough amenities in the room. Vending machine down the hall was great for snacks. Excellent breakfast with enough choices for everyone. We had the pool and jacuzzi all to ourselves. Would stay there again. Front desk reception was friendly and helpful.

I couldn't find the front entrance at first, but eventually found it on the highway side.
