The staff was very nice and the property was really clean

A primary reason we booked this particular hotel was because it advertised balconies and I received a confirmation that our room had a balcony. Major disappointment that there are no balconies on the property.

The only disappointment was, we could not use the pool or the hot tub. It smells like sewage. Definitely something they need to get fixed.

The bartender needs to work on people skills. Wasnt friendly and wanted to close right at 11:00. Ive waitressed for over 20 years and was a bartender for 4 years. We all like to leave right on time, but the customer comes first!
