The proximity to the Hospital was good.

The rooms were a little dingy, overall cleanliness was not great. Breakfast area hadn't been tended to, lots of things running low and the entire area hadn't been tidied or cleaned up.

Our room looked to be in the midst of remodeling, holes in wall, etc. One of the front desk staff was falling asleep while helping us. Pool area and water was quite cool.

The hot tub and pool area were one of the nicer ones by Americinn. Meaning the hot tub actually worked and it was clean and so was the pool. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. A lot of choices!
Negatives:
The worst was the pillows. They are so hard and uncomfortable. I dont know how a pillow can be so uncomfortable but they can. Also, the shower head was loose so it sprayed sideways through the joint and soaked the floor.

I loved the location and the pool the room was spacious and very clean and a pretty view of a field. The breakfast was good and the people were nice

That the pool was only 3 1/2 feet for swimming and the hot tub was only two feet deep. And in the room we got we noticed black mold by the mirror in carpet lining

They need to deep clean their room. There was pubic hair in the shower, urine around bottom of the toilet, They dont vacuum under their beds , there was a pair of dirty underwear. It was disgusting. Id NEVER Go there again..

Convenient place to stay. Bed was comfortable and clean. Fridge worked.

Update the shower, update the rusty metal, take care of the water soaked carpet instead of simply a sign saying caution. More friendly front desk person.
