Super 8 by Wyndham Douglas

Negatives: The first room we had would not lock, so we had to move to another room. The hair dryer in the second room went up in a puff of smoke. The amount we paid was not equal to the value we received.

Negatives: The price. Too high for Super 8.

Negatives: For the disrepair involved in this facility you are charging more than twice what we had paid at Days Inn in Laramie the night before. I understand you may be upcharging because of the workers that come in to work on construction, etc. but my family and I are not a corporation and to have to pay these exorbitant prices for a room that was substandard was ridiculous. Unable to turn the fan off in the bathroom-we were told it was missing a part. So why was the room even rented? Televisions came with 2 remotes, but only one worked. No instruction or channel list included and the nice woman who checked us in came and unraveled that frustration for us. Bathroom floor appeared to be unswept and although they loaded me up with a dozen towels, that didn't make up for the gunk in the corners. Tissue box had 1 tissue. "Free" breakfast consisted of their waffles, coffee or saran wrapped danishes that looked like they were purchases at the convenience store next door.

Negatives: Room was priced very high for the lack of amenities. No pool, no breakfast etc. I was checked into a room with people in it.

Negatives: Absolutely terrible, the room had urine stains and was a no smoking room that wreaked of smoke. Did not stay and asked for a refund after 10 minutes of being at the hotel, was told that the room would be refunded but they did not do it. Will never stay at another super 8

Negatives: The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well.
