There is a one time $25 pet fee per stay. Your dog must be up to date on all inoculations. Pet must be command and house trained. Dogs cannot be over 60 pounds and must be friendly to other dogs and people. They must be on leash at all times. In the room, they must have their own bed or blanket and not be permitted on the bed or furniture without coverings. Excessive barking is not permitted and would require a dog sitter, if needed. No more than 2 pets per room are permitted.

About This Property
SeaScape Manor sits majestically on the hill providing a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Jersey Shore. The 4 room Bed and Breakfast is elegantly comfortable and welcomes pets and their family. The property was built in 1889 and offers much of the historic presence of its time. You are welcomed by the owner's dog and may see cats peering out, as well. The area offers 7 miles of the Sandy Hook Beaches, 740 plus acres of Hartshorne Woods with biking and hiking trails and a few minutes to SeaStreak Ferry for a 50 minute beautiful ride into New York City. There are great restaurants close by and in 20 minutes or so, you can go shopping or antiquing or take in an area theater production. SeaScape Manor is open all year!Pet Amenities
We provide a sheet or covering for each room with a pet. There is a large yard area where dogs may be under supervision of their owner. There are bowls for food and water available. We can provide dog sitting if requested and agreed upon for availability - or provide a sitter at a cost determined at the time. Waste bags are available upon request, as well as leashes for use during your stay.
