The Heritage Center of Dickinson County takes visitors back in time to the pioneer days. The site features two indoor museums, as well as a crowd-pleasing 1901 Parker carousel. While pets too big to be hand-carried aren't allowed in the site buildings, you can take a scenic tour of the grounds together. If your pup is adventurous, he may even fancy a ride on the carousel! Please be sure that your pet is polite, friendly, and leashed for the whole visit.
