Ferry Beach

A sandy beach along the Scarborough River channel that is located at the end of Ferry Road. The beach is somewhat protected from ocean waves by the jetty located on the other side of the channel. We love taking our dogs to this beach! Great place for clamming too! June 15th to Sept. 15th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. dogs are prohibited; 5 p.m. to Sunrise dogs must be leashed; Sunrise to 9 a.m. dogs may be off leash but under voice control, responsible party must have a leash in hand (leash to be 30' or less in length). All pet waste must be removed.
