We walk our dogs here all the time. It's an absolutely gorgeous shoreline. Great place to walk your dog on-leash. From time to time we do come across some dogs that are off-leash that decide to take a dip. However, this is not an official off-leash area. Seating areas, piers to walk down, and old civil war forts to explore - right on the shoreline. Great place!
