Dogs on leashes are allowed year round on the beach, as long as they do not threaten or bother others. Dogs not leashed, but under control of their parents, are allowed on the beach from dawn until 9:00 a.m.
From October 1 - April 30, dogs not leashed, but under control of their parents, are permitted on the beach from 3:00 PM until dark.
