I did not feel safe. Los Angeles is full of homeless people and they are very close to the motel. It’s best to have a car or rent one if you plan to stay there. The metro station is super close but it felt unsafe at times especially after sunset.

The staff did not attend to my complaints- I was ignored even when I wrote severally explaining that I could only stay one night, I also complained to 2 of your agents and was sent back to the hotel ( I may stop using your app).
It was an open set-up that felt like anyone can burst into your room without your permission- I did not feel secure
I was accompanied into the room by some insects from outside and the bedsheets looked dirty and used
I am yet to get back my $100 deposit even though I checked out after a day. The manager I was told by the receptionist was off work that day.
The environment was noisy and no table with chair for me to place my laptop to work. Light points were by the door way and no extension wire to take it close to the bedside

A very financially wasteful experience
Positives:
Good value for money. The hotel is in a good location if you are planning to move around Hollywood or North of Los Angeles.
Good parking even for a large pickup.
Spacious and conformable room with fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
Negatives:
The maintenance is not great. The main switch light did not worked and the blinds mechanism was missing.
The room is clean but when you arrive it smelled not very nice....probably a drainage vent problem.

Everything but check out time the staff was racist we were held up in booking for silly reasons that had no true merit and we were treated as if we were second-class citizens from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out nothing but problems the entire time now you left more tired than we were when we got there all in all one of the worst motels I've ever been in

The Dixie disappointment.
Negatives:
The staff made us check out early- gave our room to someone else told us they would give us a refund and then cancelled the refund after we left the country. Very unfair practices and disappointing that booking.com didn’t do more to help us get our funds back / protect us from places like this. The wifi was also unusable

The staff. The manager and front desk agent started to harass me because I extended 1 day extra and booked through booking at 180.00 instead of direct at 335.00 even called me to ask me to cancel my reservation with booking after they confirmed it.
