Lazy uncaring worthless staff don't clean rooms. Alarm clock went off early in the morning THOSE THINGS HAVE BEEN OBSOLETE FOR TWENTY YEARS NOW. Absolute garbage facility

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
The heater was not working as well as expected. Maintenance had to replace light bulb that was not working. Was not too keen in having breakfast at the bar area rather than in the restaurant. Also, very limited on tv channels.

location was lovely and close to transportation.

Reception clerk didn't seem to know what he was doing, looking at his collegue's checking in of our travelmate to process our check in-not sure why. Dirty dishes left at the door when entering the room. Dirty bathtub, lightbulb out in bathroom with another flickering next to it. Mattress lumpy.

Prior to arriving the room the sheets on one bed had blood stains on both the sheets and pillow. Also found long brown hair on the bathroom floor that neither my husband or I have. Obviously the room was never cleaned. Disappointed.
