Hotel Location, size of room, Comfortable bed, friendly maintenance staff and excellent housekeepers
Negatives:
Loud Musak in lobby area. No Disposable slippers,no individual toiletries, in room- hand cream and shampoo attached to the wall, awful!!. Small bathroom. No knowledgeable concierge, inattentive doorstaff, terrible room service.

Room service was great! Appreciated flexible housekeepers who would still service room even though we typically did not leave until noon or afterwards. I also tremendously appreciated the turn-down service which included leaving ice in the room. Truly felt like royalty!
