Positives:
The late night front desk ladies were very friendly.
Negatives:
The room we booked had tiny roaches on our 2nd & 3rd days. Front desk said they were a spring beetle. But later Thursdsy night we seen large & small roaches in the kitchen area. Once again I called the front desk Thursday night late to be asked was I sure? I explained yes they are roaches, I had photos & one large roach under their glass on the kitchen counter. The hotel didn't have any rooms to move us & I could not find another hotel with vacancy. I told the front desk lady to have the manager to phone me first thing in the morning. Friday morning no call, no resolution, so I phoned Booking.com. Rowena, at Booking.com, had no power to assist us with a room credit nor our lost morning cruise and snorkeling we missed dealing with roaches in our room & around our food. Rowena could only do what the hotel manager suggested which was one night comp. I feel that after 3 days dealing with roaches in the room foods plus missing our Catamaran boat trip we should have been compensated better. Not pleased!

Positives:
The staff are charming. They do what they can with what they have.
Negatives:
They charged more than the price stipulated when booking on booking.com. Old bedding. The room smelled bad. The shower gel has not been restocked. Contrary to what they claim in their advertising, the kitchen is definitely not properly equipped for cooking. They can take one hotplate and one frying pan. Impossible to have other utensils like pans.
The breakfast is not great at all. No fresh fruit. Thawed sandwich bread. No eggs, no bacon. No real bread. They do offer some (what it's like) "egg" and "meat" burgers (no vegetables) but they're just... outrageous. Forget the BBQ near the pool: they are not maintained and one is rusty and unusable. You'll be lucky if you don't run out of gas like us.

We had to switch rooms .both were clean and nice.breakfast was hot and freash.omar at front desk was always happy and helpful. We stayed twice now and are hopeful we will be back again.
